The Progressive Officers Club (POC) would like to thank all members for their continued support.   Please be reminded that the POC is offering $1000.00 scholarships to 2013 graduating high school seniors of POC members and local residents! Applicants must already be accepted into an institution of higher learning for the fall semester. Request an application by sending a letter or postcard by April 26, 2013 to Attention: Education Assistance Award Program, Progressive Officers Club, P.O. Box 680398, Miami, Florida 33168.   Also, in an effort to keep you updated on current and upcoming events, we need you to update your contact information. Our goal is to update the membership database with our member’s most current home address, telephone numbers, and personal email address.  We have experienced several instances of returned correspondence and/or no current telephone number available when we are aware that a member is in need.  We would like to improve our ability to reach our members, and most importantly, your ability to reach us.       To further our efforts of keeping you informed, the recently released POC Newsletter will be electronically sent to each member’s personal email address.  Unfortunately, this and other information cannot be delivered through your departmental email address. Therefore, when updating your email address, please provide your personal email address, not a departmental email address.
